Onboarding Support

Members of our franchise support team work with new Tide Cleaners franchise partners to begin the onboarding process as soon as the franchise agreement is signed. From the beginning, new owners receive guidance with site selection, design, and construction, which leads all the way up to support for pre-opening, opening, and on-going.

Training Before Opening

Tide Cleaners offers training programs for new franchise owners before they open their doors. New franchisees attend the New Franchise Orientation Program, Tide Cleaners Academy and the Tide Cleaners Management Training Academy, where they learn everything they need to know about owning and operating a Tide Cleaners franchise.

We also offer interactive web-based training and additional training for your staff. Your Franchise Business Director and Trainer will be on site during the launch of your Tide Cleaners location to ensure everything goes smoothly.
